Mr. Buddhi Raj Sharma, M Tech, IITD, is the co-partner of the firm. He had worked in different capacities in BPPL and BCCL. He has expertise in industrial engineering and project management with emphasis in research and development of industrial sector in Bhutan. He is an Industrial Consultant in the areas of engineering and management services. At present, he handles all areas of surveys, research and reports on the customer’s preferences and expectations. 
 
For socio-economic sectors, we have an established association with Mr. Saroj Kumar Nepal, Principal Consultant of Gonefel Options Consult, Thimphu. As a senior sociologist, he has worked as consultant with the Ministry of Agriculture and other agencies in areas of socio-economic, environment and market surveys with close collaboration with BG Consultancy and Services.
